Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a seasoned administrator to manage Litera Foundation across experience, expertise, and proposal modules. You will own day-to-day configuration, lead platform enhancements, and ensure data quality and governance to support firm goals.

In this hybrid role, you will design automated workflows, partner with IT and stakeholders, and drive adoption of best practices in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend configuration and approved enhancements within Litera Foundation.
• Project manage firm-wide platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Oversee data quality, taxonomies, and narrative approval workflows.
• Design and evolve automated workflows for experience information capture.
