Job summary

Legora in New York seeks a Platform Consultant to own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues end-to-end, ensuring clean handoffs and enterprise-grade consistency across regions. You’ll diagnose high-impact problems and guide demanding legal professionals with confident, clear advice.

You’ll build expertise across Legora’s Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, and Word Add-in, translating complex technical details into actionable guidance while collaborating with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

Experience managing high-stakes enterprise support for demanding clients.
Proven ability to reduce incidents and improve handoffs.
Experience in SaaS, AI, or legal tech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from signal to resolution.
Maintain clean handoffs across a global team for continuity across time zones.
Build deep expertise across Legora platforms (Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, Word Add-in).
Translate technical detail into concise guidance for demanding users.
Escalate only when necessary and route with complete diagnostics and recommended path.
Identify recurring issues and partner with Product/Engineering to fix root causes.
Set enterprise readiness and handoff standards as a benchmark.
