Job summary

Sloomoo Institute in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an hands-on Experience Lead to supervise the hourly team and ensure service excellence across all stations. You will work closely with the AGM and GM, guiding guests with energy, coaching Slimetenders, and reporting daily insights to management.

Qualifications

• Experience of operational management within a guest-facing operation (required).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff across the organization.
• Ability to engage with colleagues in a diplomatic manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools.
• Energetic, perceptive, confident problem solver with a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Act as the shift leader when AGM/GM are offsite; manage 30-40 hourly team members on shift.
• Maintain presentation and experience standards across the site.
• Deliver and elevate guest experiences across all zones; troubleshoot issues calmly.
• Coach and develop teams; communicate staffing opportunities to leadership.
• Control FOH labor budgets in coordination with the GM.
• Support marketing with videos, pictures, stories.
• Lead birthday parties, events, and group visits.
• Ensure safety is the top priority at all times.
