Job summary

Working closely with the AGM and GM, you will coach team members, manage shifts, handle on-the-spot guest challenges, report daily insights, and help deliver top-tier experiences and birthday events while upholding our values of joy

Qualifications

• Experience managing guest-facing operations.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Excellent communication and staff relations.
• Ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader when AGM/GM are offsite.
• Take responsibility for presentation and experience standards.
• Deliver and elevate guest experiences across zones; troubleshoot calmly.
• Coach and develop teams; report daily insights to management.
• Ensure accessibility and safety across the site.
• Represent the guest Experience team in meetings as assigned.
• Control labor spend to meet FOH budgets.
• Support events, parties, and group visits.
