Leif Johnson Ford of Buda in Texas is seeking a results-driven sales professional who can build relationships, educate customers, and guide them to the right vehicle with transparency and care.

You’ll work in person and across text, email, and video to grow a personal pipeline, master our product line, and relentlessly follow up to earn trust, referrals, and long-term loyalty in a fast-growing Central Texas market.

• Willingness to learn vehicle features and stay knowledgeable about products.
• Commitment to follow up and building a long-term customer base.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers in person, by phone, text, email, video and online.
• Build a business pipeline beyond walk-ins.
• Learn vehicles well enough to be useful and not just recite a brochure.
• Follow up consistently after interactions to earn trust and referrals.
• Use the CRM to manage relationships and track progress.
• Take test drives and guide customers toward a confident purchase.
