Leif Johnson Ford of Buda is searching for a driven sales professional who thrives on uncapped earning potential and helping customers make big decisions easily. You will engage with buyers in person and via phone, text, and video, building a lasting book of business.

You’ll learn our vehicle lineup, follow up consistently, and utilize our CRM to manage prospects, while negotiating and sealing deals that satisfy customers and drive growth for the dealership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build rapport and close sales.
• Willingness to learn our CRM and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in person, by phone, text, email, video and online.
• Build a robust business pipeline and follow up as promised.
• Learn our vehicles well enough to be a credible product expert.
• Set appointments and arrange test drives to move the sale forward.
• Negotiate terms and close the sale while maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up to nurture repeat business.
