Leif Johnson is seeking an Experience Coordinator to support Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery operations. This in-person role focuses on scheduling appointments, conducting outreach, verifying customer information, and routing mobile service visits efficiently.

The ideal candidate will maintain strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Availability to work onsite five days weekly is required.
