Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA 3.00 if <10 years.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural or interior design, or related industry.
• Experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive Activation & Engagement with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.
• Plan regional events to strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
• Expand market reach by engaging new customer segments to support growth.
• Deliver exceptional experiences through meetings and product demonstrations.
• Showcase technical expertise by tailoring solutions to diverse audiences.
• Support training programs with the LCI team and coordinate trips.
• Maintain brand excellence and manage operations including budgets and facilities.
• Leverage customer insights; track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.
• Communicate business results and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
• Achieve performance goals by managing priorities and driving measurable results.
