• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Lutron is seeking a dynamic Experience Center Supervisor to lead our Experience Center operations in our Chicago, IL location. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the center’s performance; this includes driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions. Responsibilities

• Drive Activation & Engagement: Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry required
• Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
• Youare authorized towork in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, eitherimmediatelyor at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

Starting pay: $85,000.00/yr to $120,000.00/yr; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
