Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Expense and Compliance Manager to lead the firm's expense reimbursement and card programs, including PCard, VCard, and T&E cards, with accountability for policy compliance and internal controls while driving standardization and automation across processes.

The role partners closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Financial Systems, Tax, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to support data integrity, policy compliance, and an efficient end-to-end expense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Five or more years in expense management, accounts payable, corporate card administration, or procure-to-pay.
• Three or more years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead expense reimbursement and card compliance programs.
• Oversee PCard, VCard, and T&E programs.
• Monitor compliance metrics and address policy violations.
• Develop roadmaps for the Expense & Compliance function.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Tax, Financial Systems.
• Support internal and external audits and provide data insights.
