Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Expense and Compliance Manager to lead the firm’s expense reimbursement and card programs, including PCard, VCard, and T&E cards, ensuring policy compliance and strong internal controls. The role partners with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Finance to support data integrity and end-to-end expense management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• Five+ years in expense management, accounts payable, or procure-to-pay.
• Three+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expense reimbursement and card programs (PCards, VCards, T&E).
• Ensure policy compliance, internal controls, and process effectiveness.
• Lead process improvements and automation of expense workflows.
