Job summary

Omilia Natural Language Solutions Ua Ltd is seeking a Senior Expense Accountant to own the AP close, vendor account management, and the corporate card program. You will mentor the Expense Accountant and help build a resilient, cross-trained expense function for a scaling SaaS company.

Responsibilities include driving automation (OCR invoicing, 3-way match), partnering with FP&A and Procurement on spend visibility, and ensuring policy compliance with audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AP or expense accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and a modern expense/corporate card platform (e.g., Payhawk, Ramp, Brex, or Navan).
• Comfortable in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment typical of a scaling global SaaS company.
• Own payment run governance, approval workflow design, and segregation of duties.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and build a resilient team.
• Familiarity with SOX or equivalent internal-controls frameworks; support for SOC 2/audits.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); valid work authorization; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own AP month-end close and vendor reconciliation; target 5-business-day close.
• Manage complex, high-value vendor relationships; negotiate terms.
• Own corporate card program and expense policy compliance; audits.
• Drive AP/expense automation (OCR invoices, 3-way match, self-service reporting).
• Partner with FP&A and Procurement for spend visibility and budget accuracy.
• Review and mentor Expense Accountant; develop cross-trained function.
