Traditions Hospitality Group in Thackerville, OK is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the smooth flow of food from kitchen to dining room in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen.

You will coordinate orders, communicate with kitchen staff and servers, verify accuracy and presentation, monitor ticket times, and maintain an organized expediting station while complying with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Gaming license eligibility required.

Responsibilities

Expeditor

As an Expeditor for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service kitchen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
