Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Expeditor at Vinos Italian Kitchen, WinStar World Casino, Thackerville, OK. You will manage the flow of dishes from kitchen to dining area, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask, and communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; gaming license is required to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to prioritize orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure each dish meets presentation and quality standards before serving.
• Monitor ticket times and expedite orders during peak service periods to minimize wait times.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and expedite station.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to address issues or delays in food preparation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Expeditor

As an Expeditor for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service kitchen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
