The role ensures orders are delivered promptly with correct priority and presentation, while checking for temperature, allergies, and accuracy. The position is part-time, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a lively, country-music venue environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient flow of orders from servers to kitchen.
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority with all orders ready for a table at the same time.
• Assist in final preparation of dishes.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Inquire about any allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest served.
• Provide an accurate description of dishes delivered.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
• Ensure adherence with Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness by picking up any debris or spills/grease on the floor.
• Communicate needs of the guests to FOH & BOH staff, managers, and Chefs.
• Mark shared dishes with the appropriate utensils.
• All other duties as assigned.
