Job summary

Upstream Hospitality Group in New York is seeking an Expeditor/Food Runner to join a fast-paced team. Deliver meals accurately and promptly, ensuring each dish meets standards before it leaves the kitchen.

You will review orders for dietary needs and modifications while engaging with servers and managers to maintain a high-energy dining experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and adherence to food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and beverages safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of your shift.
• A positive attitude and commitment to being a reliable team member.

Responsibilities
