Qualifications

• Experience coordinating front- and back-of-house in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to ensure plate presentation and meal prep standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen organized and function smoothly.
• Communicate information effectively across the restaurant.
• Wipe rims and garnish plates before leaving the kitchen.
• Ensure the quality of food meets standards (100%).
• Assist kitchen and servers as needed; support teamwork.
• Inform management of any problems as they occur.
• Available on all holidays as required by the shift.
