Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an Expeditor to streamline order flow between servers and the culinary team at its hotels and restaurant venues. You will ensure orders are prepared promptly, checked for accuracy, and delivered with proper presentation and temperature.

The role requires the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and communicate clearly across kitchen and front-of-house teams. A minimum of one year in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the flow of orders from the servers to the culinary team.
• Communicate with the culinary team to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately.
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Communicate essential information between kitchen and front of house staff (special requests or dietary needs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
