Job summary

Sahm's Tavern & Sports Bar, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Expeditor to ensure a smooth workflow between the kitchen and wait staff. This full-time role requires multitasking in a fast environment, ensuring orders are in the correct sequence and plates are garnished for presentation.

Responsibilities

• Multitask between kitchen and wait staff to keep workflow smooth.
• Ensure orders are prepared in the proper order.
• Ensure each plate is garnished and presentable for the guest.
• Run food if the wait staff is busy.
• Keep sauces and garnishments stocked at start and end of shift.
• Break down containers and help clean the line at close of business.
• Maintain a clean line throughout the shift.
