Job summary

The Breakers is seeking an Expeditor (Expo) for its Ocean House location. You will ensure that all food items are prepared and presented accurately, promptly, and in line with The Breakers specifications.

In a fast-paced setting, you will stay organized, calm under pressure, and coordinate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams. You will set up the expo line, read micros tickets, assemble and garnish plates according to specifications, and uphold food safety standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with The Breakers menu specifications is a plus.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up the expo line, reading micros tickets, and accurately assembling and garnishing plates according to The Breakers specifications.
