Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Fort Worth, Texas is hiring Expeditor/Expo staff to help ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests. This role supports ticket timing, communicates with managers, and helps deliver accurate orders with great service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and bend/reach.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
