Job summary

Medina Entertainment Center is seeking expo staff to prep the food line with necessary equipment and to deliver plates to guests across the restaurant, bar and bowling center. You should be able to carry a full tray with ease and maintain a clean, speedy service during busy periods. Experience is not required; we can train the right candidate.

Shifts include nights, weekends and some holidays. This is a friendly, detail-oriented role that supports servers and managers in a fast-paced Medina, MN

Job description

As an expo, your responsibilities will include prepping the food line with necessary equipment to prepare and serve every plate of food that is delivered to our guests. This will include trays, condiments, utensils, to-go products and much more. You must be able to carry a full tray of food with ease and deliver to any specific location of the restaurant, bar or bowling center. We are looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to assist servers and managers in the kitchen, especially during busy periods.
