White Lodging is seeking an expediter to ensure smooth order flow between servers and the culinary team in a fast-paced environment in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and attention to presentation and temperature of plated dishes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are being prepared and quickly assembled by communicating to the culinary team across the line.
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Communicate any essential information between the kitchen and the front of house staff such as special requests or dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
