Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Colorado is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to help ensure craveable food for every guest in takeout and dine-in operations. You will coordinate orders and support the kitchen to maintain quality.

We value teamwork, strong communication and reliability. The role requires standing long hours, the ability to multitask, and a customer-service mindset. Training provided to develop skills and advance within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and continuously bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
