Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in the New York area is hiring immediately for Expeditor or Expo positions. We offer full-time and part-time hourly roles with competitive pay and flexible scheduling to support our takeout and dine-in service.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts. Responsibilities include managing ticket times to ensure fresh delivery, coordinating with managers to exceed guest expectations, sending accurate orders to tables, and performing restroom

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
