Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an Expeditor/Procurement Assistant to support procurement and logistics in North Carolina. You will track POs, coordinate with vendors, and assist project management to keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in expediting or procurement support in construction or manufacturing, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as Viewpoint. A teamwork mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Expeditor, Procurement Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist (construction or manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/project management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a teamwork mindset.
