Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related role.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Asana or event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and executing company events, including employee gatherings, family events, celebrations, meetings, and special programs.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, materials, timelines, registration, setup, and post-event breakdown.
• Support community outreach initiatives across various locations.
• Ensure events reflect company culture, values, and brand standards.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Maintain and manage vendor relationships for events, sponsorships, promotional items, and rentals.
• Obtain quotes, manage budgets, and track event expenses.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and ensure timely setup and execution.
• Employee Engagement & Program Support: Manage the internal company store, recognition items, swag inventory, and related materials.
• Support employee recognition initiatives and engagement programs.
• Track participation, feedback, and event metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Provide general administrative and project coordination support as needed.
• Other support duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualities:

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related role.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Asana or experience with event management tools is a plus.
