Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a full-time team member for on-site culinary support. Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, pulling and packing, quality assurance, labeling, delivery timing, and ensuring compliance with ACW SOPs.

The role involves direct service to ACW customers, on-site problem solving, possible kitchen assistance, and a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights.

Responsabilités

• Prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Directly serving ACW customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues when situations require immediate action.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• Flexible schedule required; may work extended shifts including holidays, weekends, and nights.

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
