Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is hiring an Expeditor for our New Jersey inside kitchen. This full-time role in Carlstadt, NJ requires coordinating order flow, packing and labeling, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The Expeditor will support kitchen operations, assist during busy periods, and may handle deliveries and on-site duties. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• MVR with a reasonably clean driving record.
• E-Verify participation required.
• Food & beverage experience preferred.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and pull/pack orders; ensure complete, labeled packaging and accurate delivery timing.
• Perform quality checks and maintain SOP compliance.
• Assist in procurement and on-site service to Air Culinaire customers.

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
