Air Culinaire Worldwide in Park Ridge, IL is seeking an Expeditor for full-time hours. The role focuses on prioritizing and packing orders, ensuring quality and accurate labeling, and coordinating delivery timing to meet client expectations.

The expeditor will also assist in kitchen tasks during busy periods and support on-site service to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong food and beverage experience, flexibility to work extended hours including holidays, and a proactive approach

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, ensure quality and proper labeling.
• Maintain delivery timing and overall compliance with ACW SOPs.
• Serve Air Culinaire customers directly and collect feedback.
• On-site problem solving; act per company guidelines to resolve issues.
• Assist in procuring supplies and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist in the Kitchen during busy periods.

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
