Air Culinaire Worldwide is hiring an Expeditor in Park Ridge, IL. The role focuses on prioritizing orders, packing and labeling, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding Air Culinaire Worldwide SOPs.

The successful candidate will contribute to on-site customer service, support kitchen operations during busy periods, and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes holidays, weekends, and nights. A clean driving record is required and full company benefits are provided.

Formación

• Experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen/culinary setting.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, ensure quality and labeling, manage delivery timing, and maintain SOP compliance.
• Directly serve Air Culinaire customers and gather feedback on products and services.
• On-site problem solver: follow company guidelines to resolve issues as they arise.
• May include picking up supplies and routine vehicle cleaning/maintenance.
• Assist in the kitchen during busy times.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights.

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
