Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Park Ridge, IL is seeking experienced foodie and culinary-arts professionals for full-time positions. The role emphasizes strong food and beverage expertise and following ACW procedures in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in culinary-arts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, ensure quality and completeness, label correctly, manage delivery timing and procurement, follow SOPs.
• Directly serve ACW customers and solicit feedback on products and services.
• Act as on-site problem solver, resolving issues per company guidelines.
• Assist in kitchen during busy times and perform routine vehicle cleaning/maintenance.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights.

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
