Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Multi-Domain Mission Capabilities Lead to join the Multinational Digital Infrastructure team. You will lead the design and deployment of a complete expeditionary digital infrastructure stack enabling coordinated maritime operations.

The role covers network, edge compute, data services, and classification boundaries, with field validation in exercises and the creation of repeatable deployment playbooks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience spanning network architecture, systems/infrastructure engineering, and deployment of mission-critical digital systems.
• Delivering complex digital infrastructure in field environments and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in tactical/expeditionary networking and software-defined transport.

Responsibilities

• Define the full-stack reference architecture for deployable maritime mission infrastructure (network, edge compute, data services).
• Own integration models across platforms: data flows, discovery, and degraded operations.
• Design for expeditionary reality: rapid deployment, denied environments, scaling to 50+ vehicles.
