Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Senior Analyst, Expedition Operations to lead expedition learning, development, and operational readiness programs across the fleet. You will manage calendars, risks, budgets, and reporting for senior leadership, and shape scalable training for remote environments.

This role requires strong PMO discipline, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, IT, and shipboard staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Training, Organizational Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, expedition operations, project management, logistics, procurement, program management, or a related operational field.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Lead program calendars, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify training, gear, and readiness needs from data, feedback, and priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop training strategies and field-readiness programs.
• Evaluate outcomes and implement improvements for safety and consistency.
• Facilitate training sessions and webinars representing the brand.
• Support initiatives like leadership training and program integration.
