Tahoe Mountain Club is seeking a Back Server_Food Runner to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a hospitality setting. This role ensures smooth service flow, expedites food, delivers beverages, and maintains clean tables and stations to enable servers to focus on guest interaction.

You will work as part of a team, uphold professionalism, and follow safety policies while contributing to a high standard of guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and speak English is required.
• California Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of hire.
• Alcohol Training Certification may be required based on role assignment.
• Other certification trainings per assigned company checklists.

Responsabilités

• Arrives on time, dressed and groomed properly and checks in with servers and management.
• Maintains a clean and pressed uniform throughout shift.
• Provides timely service to members and guests, coordinates with kitchen and dining room.
• Operates POS systems accurately and processes transactions.
• Performs daily side work and maintains clean stations and tables.
• Assists servers and bartenders with side work and delivers food/beverages to guests.
• Sets and resets tables according to reservations and maintains proper glassware and silverware.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in ongoing training.
