Qualifications

• High school education is not required; up to one month related experience or training.
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must be nineteen years of age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers and server assistants to provide efficient, attentive service to members and guests.
• Keeps service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Delivers food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas; clears and resets tables.
• Supports banquet and special event operations per Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensures banquet and meeting areas are clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary equipment.
• Monitors guest concerns or equipment issues and reports promptly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure high‑quality service.
