The Expo position at Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Centre is a part-time Expeditor role that bridges front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will coordinate orders, relay special requests, and ensure timely, accurate presentation of food and beverages to guests.

We seek customer-focused individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for long periods. You will keep the expediting area clean and assist during peak times to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with kitchen, bartenders, and servers to ensure timely prep and delivery.
• Confirm order details and modifications with the kitchen and bar.
• Inspect presentation and quality before serving to guests.
• Coordinate timing of orders to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Relay updates between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain menu knowledge and organize multiple orders.
• Address discrepancies or issues with orders professionally.
• Keep the expediting area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide high levels of customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Follow health and safety protocols and food safety guidelines.
