Job summary

• Coordinate food orders between servers and kitchen to ensure timely processing of guest orders.
• Monitor ticket times and follow up with culinary team to ensure prompt delivery of food orders.
• Garnish and inspect dishes before serving to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keep expediting station clean, organized, and well-stocked to support smooth operations.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service and positive work environment.
• Address any issues with orders to uphold guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
