You will act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, review requests, and determine optimal fulfillment paths while leveraging data from logistics software and lead time variables.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience.
• High School education required.
• College or some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process rush & expedited order requests in a timely manner.
• Manage client facing communication and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Utilize defined warehouse management and transportation management system processes & procedures.
• Act as internal SME for the client facing Customer Account Management team to drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with Order Processing, Retail Consolidation, and Warehouse teams to handle time sensitive requests.
• Perform other reporting duties and procedural tasks as assigned by the Manager of Expedited Logistics.
• Serve as a company resource on critical rush shipments with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
