Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Knowledge of expedited transportation: charter services, hand-carry shipments, ground expedite.
• Experience with TMS and transportation software.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all business interactions.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and manage expedited shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Proactively communicate shipment updates and status reports to customers.
• Resolve shipment issues and service concerns with effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support charter, hand-carry, and ground expedite transportation operations.
• Bid, schedule, and dispatch shipments following procedures.
• Assist with shipment bookings, documentation, tracing, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics as assigned.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate to leadership.
