Job summary

Mowlem Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major international infrastructure projects across LATAM, the Caribbean, West Africa and beyond. You will oversee planning, risk management and delivery, coordinating with clients, partners and internal teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, hotels or airports, plus international experience.

Qualifications

• PM with proven track record on large infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, hotels, office buildings, airports)
• Experience working internationally, especially LATAM, Caribbean or West Africa
• Degree in Engineering or Chartered Civil Engineer preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and control programmes and projects to ensure safety, on time, within budget and quality
• Establish project controls, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, critical paths and work breakdown structures
• Communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders; escalate issues and implement corrective actions
• Support mobilisation and delivery from bidding through to project execution
