Responsibilities

• Serve as floating resource across product, hardware, policy, legal, family care, and facilities teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to tackle problems without obvious owners.
• Research licensing requirements and vendor offerings for new states.
• Document processes to avoid future rework.
• Manage licensing applications, renewals, and compliance calendars.
• Oversee facility launch regulatory work, licensing, and inspection readiness.
• Be on-site during construction and coordinate vendors.
