Job summary

Wonderful College Prep Academy is seeking a dedicated site coordinator to oversee daily expanded learning operations, supervise students and staff, and coordinate intersession services. The role emphasizes promoting academic and social success, maintaining a safe environment, and facilitating family outreach.

The position requires experience in school-based programs, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to enroll students who benefit most from services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a school or expanded learning environment.
• Ability to communicate with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation and CA driver’s license.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certificated preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and lead activities.
• Must pass a background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the expanded learning site and supervise students and staff.
• Coordinate intersession services with program leadership.
• Promote academic, physical, nutritional, and social success of students.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment and engage students.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Organize and implement activities aligned with the schedule and program mission.
• Serve as site representative for families and community contacts.
• Conduct family outreach regarding attendance and behavior.
• Assist in recruitment and enrollment of scholars with school leadership.
