Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and NC Professional Educator's License required.
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience with high-growth student outcomes in relevant subjects required.

Responsibilities

• Coach 1–2 teachers on instructional planning and growth.
• Lead instructional planning and data-informed decision making with school teams.
• Support student progress monitoring and adjust instruction to improve learning outcomes.
