Qualifications

• NC Professional Educator's License in the subject area and grade level.
• At least 3 years of prior teaching experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated evidence of high-growth student outcomes in relevant subjects.

Responsibilities

• Must coach 1-2 teachers and have release time weekly dedicated to coaching their caseload.
• Lead instructional planning and differentiating instruction with coached teachers.
• Maintain regular communication with families and collaborate with staff and parents.
