Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License in subject area and grade level required.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with evidence of high-growth student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach a 1-2 teacher caseload to improve instructional practice.
• Lead curriculum development or assessment committees as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to expand student learning opportunities.
• Teach at least 50% of the day as the teacher of record and manage responsibilities across multiple classrooms.
