Aspen Dental in Monroe, LA is hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. You will support the DA office team, assist doctors during procedures, manage operatory setup, and help maintain patient flow for a positive patient experience.

This full-time role includes radiographs, sterilization, ordering supplies, and training others on processes. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, and extensive training through TAG U.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant.
• Proficient chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry.
• Sterilization and infection control techniques training.
• Maintain and update annual CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Prepare operatory and tray setups for procedures.
• Breakdown operatory rooms and manage patient flow.
• Perform sterilization of equipment and maintain compliance.
• Take dental radiographs and educate patients on oral care.
• Order and manage supplies within practice budget.
