Operating Hours: Monday: 9am - 6pm, Tuesday: 11am - 8pm, Wednesday: N/A, Thursday: 7:30am - 2pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2pm

Qualifications:

• Required: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification. X-Ray Certification or X-Ray Permit with intent to receive full certification and willingness to train as an EFDA.
