Job Overview

Big Smiles Kentucky, a school-based mobile dental practice, is seeking a qualified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) Team Lead in Covington, and surrounding areas. This role involves providing dental care to underserved children at their schools, offering a unique work environment with no nights or weekends, ending with the school day.

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification
• At least 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Digital X-ray Imaging experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Coronal Polishing and Sealant certifications

Responsibilities

• Providing dental assisting services during mobile clinics
• Digital X-ray Imaging and patient record charting
• Equipment setup, sterilization, and breakdown
• Travel to school sites daily

Team Lead Duties

• Driving the company vehicle
• Managing back office functions and supplies
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment condition
• Supervising team and ensuring safety protocols
