Job summary

You will work with clinical operations, medical affairs, supply and governance teams to ensure compliant delivery of expanded access products.

The role emphasizes operational leadership across global and local teams, managing timelines, budgets and vendor activities to support patients with timely access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical research or CRO.
• Experience with compassionate use, early access or expanded access programs.
• Oncology exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage operational support for post-trial access programs through close-out.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feasibility, regulatory and supply plans.
• Coordinate program status, documentation, and vendor communications.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress and metrics.
• Support clinical supply planning and forecasting with program leads.
